Terms and conditions:
- All products are refundable, accepted items on sale, also all products have to be in the original packaging and original conditions, within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days of the date of purchase, the items can not be refunded in any way.
- Refund is only excepted after the items return and checked by Valerie's digital art staff, if items are in excellent condition the customer will be refunded.
- Refunds are made with the same payment method used to pay for the order - you cannot issue a refund to a different card or bank account.
- Refunds are issued in the same currency used by the customer to pay for the order. If the customer pays in euros, he receives a refund in euros.
- If the currency needs to be converted for reimbursement, the current exchange rate is used for the conversion and not the exchange rate in effect at the time of the order. The currency conversion fee is charged to you when the payment is converted, but not when a refund is issued. Currency conversion fees and credit card fees are not returned to you when you issue a refund.
